Amazing for kids - but not a lot to do after the waterpark and themepark

Really pleasant stay - nice hotel and lovely staff BUT it’s not really all inclusive - it’s 3 meals - and unlimited drinks. Wish we’d have stayed 3 days max and spent the rest of our time elsewhere it’s a bit repetitive and the food isn’t the best either - much better hotels within Belek and Lara - and just come visit for the day. The all inclusive concept needs looking at

It was ok, we came from a 5 night stay at Tui Blue Palm Garden so it took us adults a while to adapt however the kids loved it! Food was ok, drinks were good. Felt like everything was a bit sticky. We went to Rixos 1-4.30 one of the days and it was a breath of fresh air and we wish we had booked there. If you like your morning coffee get one from the coffee bar before you go into breakfast as the coffee in there is awful. I will add there is no real explanation of how to get the most out of the all inclusive and the new app they have didn’t work well so deleted that as quickly as we downloaded it.

Amazing Holiday!

Where to even start. This hotel is amazing for kids. Our 2 and 4 year old had the best time. The tiny details in this hotel is incredible. So well thought out for the safety of all kids. The staff are amazing and sooo helpful. Our kids took a shine to Tenzile and Omit who are soooooo helpful. They also loved Tansel in the restaurant. He was soooo good with our girls. He even made them a rose out of a napkin. The cleanliness of this hotel and in the water and theme park is exceptional. I don’t think the cleaners get enough credit. As you can imagine in a kids hotel the mess kids make but you wouldn’t have thought it because it was spotless. As soon as anything gets dropped on the floor it’s gone before you even turn around. The Rixos hotel is a must. It’s amazing and like others have said it’s more of a adult vibe where you can relax more. I would defiantly go back to the other hotel as they seem to have more benefits then guests at the lol and they can use full access to the lol. This been said you will defiantly have an enjoyable experience. They food is lovely and there’s lots to do. The only thing I would say is the entertainment outside is near enough the same every night and got tedious after 2 weeks. Also this hotel is all in concept and tui sell it as all inclusive which it isn’t. Tip: We requested a pink room in front of the castle and that’s exactly what we got.

Water display small Disney land.

This place is definitely a place to visit. it's like a small Dubai. It has the best high brand shops and a fantastic water display. There was a lot to see, but also, i must say you need to have a lot of money here. It's not reasonable in any way. We really wanted to see the water display, which was free, and it's done in the evenings. So i would say you need a good whole day for this place or otherwise get there for about 6pm.
